Refund & Exchange Policy
At Art Spot, we value transparency and want our customers to clearly understand our policies before making a purchase. Please read the following carefully.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased and delivered. All sales made through our website, social media, or store are final. This includes:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong item or quantity
- Dislike of color, size, or variation
We encourage you to review product descriptions, images, and details carefully before completing your order. If you have any questions about a product, you can contact us at support@artspot.pk before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we understand that issues can sometimes happen during packing or delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order (the delivered date on the courier system) with clear photos, unboxing videos and your order number. We will not be responsible if you did not check the item on the date of receipt.
Our team will review the case and, if the claim is valid, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or store credit.
Why We Have a No-Return Policy
Our products are often related to arts, crafts, and creative materials. For safety, quality, and hygiene reasons, once items leave our facility, they cannot be resold or restocked. This helps us ensure that every customer always receives brand-new, unused products.
